I have had throbbing pain in lower right abdomen all day. No other major symptoms. Did have a good bit to drink last night could this be the cause?

Generalized abdominal pain which "settles" in the right lower abdomen is pretty "classical"for acute APPENDICITIS. Not to alarm you but you need to go to an ER for evaluation if your PCP (Primary Care Provider) is unavailable now!

Ovarian/endometrial probs, kidney stones, diverticular disease/constipation, recurrent urinary tract infection. As many of these are treatable/reversible, see ur MD.
