I have a daily intermittent cramping/throbbing pain in my lower right pelvic area, near my right ovary, for about a month and a half. Possibilities?
Cyst?: Could be an ovarian cyst. If there is any chance of pregnancy then you need to take a test and if pregnant go to Emergency to be evaluated for possible ectopic pregnancy. If not pregnant and pain is severe would get evaluated for appendicitis. Any constipation? That can also cause pain in that area. Good luck in finding causeSee 2 more doctor answers
I have a sharp throbbing pain right side, pelvic area and nausea, already had period and ovulated, what's wrong with me?
Could b appendicitis: Appendicitis is a possible explaination of your symptoms. If your right lower abdominal/pelvic pain is still present and you are still feeling poorly pleae go to a local emergency room, minor emergency room or your doctor's walk in clinic. Good luck. The risk of delaying your diagnosis is that the appendix can rupture.See 1 more doctor answer

Abdominal pain and v: Your symptoms most probably are related from a ruptured cyst, which has been described. Pain or aching in your lower belly, usually when you are in the middle of your menstrual cycle. A delay in the start of your menstrual period. Vaginal bleeding when you are not having your period. Is this the first time?, if recurs you will need to have an ultrasound. And will need a gynecologist.
I have throbbing pain on my lower right hand side of my abdomen and also when I lay down flat my pelvic bone on the right side sticks out?
Evaluate: 19y female has right lower abdominal pain. If acute & constant there is concern for appendicitis, which can be serious & for which urgent General Surgical evaluation is needed. Appendicitis is often accompanied by vomiting & fever. If intermittent & chronic, the noted pelvis bone asymmetry & increased pain lying implicates the pelvic sacroiliac joint on right, & an Osteopath should be consulted.

Having a headache (occipital area) for 2weeks now. Always on the same spot, and feels like a throbbing pain that goes on and off. What causes it?
Occipital neuralgia: This is likely occipital neuralgia and pressing/tapping on the specific spot in the back of your head (occipital nerve trunks) may cause local tenderness, shooting pain, tingling along the back of the head and is supportive of this dx if present. Occipital nerve block helps to diagnose and treat this condition. Another possibility is cervicogenic HA (referred pain from the upper cervical joints).See 1 more doctor answer
Throbbing pain in lower head/neck area. Back left side only. It comes for a few seconds at a time, frequently. Feel as cracking my neck always.
Facet, disc, nerve: You may have irritated a higher cervical facet joint. Less likely you could have a cervical nerve root irritation or an occipital nerve irritation. Try gentle heating pads, ice, range of motion of your head and neck, gentle stretching, and go see your doctor to see if physiotherapy, medications like antiinflammatories, anti-spasmodics, nerve medications or injections may help you. Good luck.
