Examination needed: Clear liquid from belly button is not a common complaint, surgery recently? Family history of imflamatory bowel disease? Get abdominal pain checked out immediately. Bladder infection: See your PCM or go to an Urgent Care to have your urine checked for infection. There are also some over the counter Urine tests that you can use to detect bladder infections - if positive (abnormal), you will need antibiotic treatment. If the urine tests are normal (negative), additional tests for a GYN or GI (gut) problem should be performed. ...Read more

Muscle irritation: As a gastrointestinal surgeon, i can tell you that I have never seen a patient with cancer present with this symptom. No: Colon cancer at your age is highly unlikely. Gurgling is from movement of gas in the intestine. You may need to adjust your diet through trial and error. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more
