Read calf stretches help plantar fasciitis. When I perform calf stretches the heel on same leg starts throbbing within 20 seconds. Is this normal?
Passive only!: If you are standing or bearing weight when you perform these stretches, it is placing more strain on the achilles tendon, Triceps Surae muscle and plantar fascia.
