I am 63, female, in good health. I have throbbing knee pain (both) when in bed at night. I do not have diffiuculty walking, long distances even, and d?

Many things: If you have no pain walking, unless you walk very slowly, poor circulation seems unlikely. Most of my patients experience more pain when they go to bed, what ever the condition happens to be.
