Needs biopsy: Needs biopsy to assure not underlying cause. If that does not provide answer, evaluation by a rheumatologist may help. Unusual diseases, such as behcet syndrome would be considered. ...Read more

Mouth uclers: I agree with salt water gargle therapy entirely. Another thing that has served me well is magic mouth wash - 5 cc of Benadryl (liquid) + 5 cc of maalox + 5 of viscous Lidocaine + 1 table spoon of water. Mix it, swish and spit. Do it as needed. ...Read more
