my adams apple feels swollen is that a symptom of soar throat?

Could be

Adenoidectomy
your neck can become tender during an upper respiratory infection. However, if the swelling is not going away or if you have trouble breathing or choking, you should see your doctor right away for an examination. It could be something more serious, especially if it isn't going away.

Swollen right jaw, this happened 4th time, and it is mostly followed by cold/soar throat. Causes little pain when touched. What could it be?

Parotitis

Adenoidectomy

Visited an ENT for reoccurring swollen, sore throats, and step throat. He paid me no attention and said come back. I decided to go to an ENT because I want to have my tonsils removed. Since childhood I have suffered from reoccurring sore throats, strep th

I'm

I'm sorry you had this bad experience. It sounds like you have more than an adequate history and continuation of symptoms to justify the procedure. If you were dissatisfied with the time spent with your ENT, or perceived an unwillingness to offer you a fair explanation of his rationale for not offering surgery as an alternative, I personally would seek a second opinion elsewhere. Before getting another ENT opinion, it may be worthwhile to discuss your problems and concerns with the prospective physician over the phone to assess his receptivity to offering you a tonsillectomy.

Your symptoms could be caused by lots of things; you could have a viral infection, bacterial infection, allergies, or acid reflux, just to name the most common causes.

Hello.

Hello. I can't diagnose your symptoms. I am not sure if the head pain, sore throat and rectal bleeding are associated. It is important to get recurrent rectal bleeding evaluated. It could be from something as simple as internal or external hemorrhoids but this can't just be assumed. Recommend it be evaluated to rule out other possible causes. Take care.

If

If you have been exposed to someone with strep throat, then you should be evaluated and treated. Untreated strep throat can have other more serious complications. You should be evaluated. There are several urgent cares available that have generous policies for patients without insurance. Call around and see if you can find an option that you can afford.
