I have throat pain and mild dry cough. Can I take combliflam and cetrizine together to cure it without complications?
Do you mean without: Harm? Well, combiflam is a pain killer, ibuprofen/acetaminophen combination, and cetirizine is an antihistaminic, either might work to relief pain/runny nose, if it is a mild viral URI, it might clear on its own anyway, if it doesn't or gets worse in few days, see a doctor, use saline nasal wash and salt water gargles as well, good luck ...Read more

Prolonged cough: If your not a smoker and are not snotty or sick then you may have Mycoplasma or "walking pneumonia". This is treatable with antibiotics and you get well. There is no test for it and X-rays often are negative. A trial of taking a z-pac antibiotic is the only way to know. If it does not work then consider asthma or GERD as a cause.
