Need another scope: People with barrett's need to be watched closely with a regularly scheduled scopes at least every two years. Regardless of the sore throat you should get in to be scoped again. Start the the physician that scoped you five years ago. ...Read more

Colonoscopy and EGD: Bright red Blood in stool could be from Hemorrhoids or Diverticulosis. Confirmed by Direct exam like Flex Sig, or Colonoscopy.
With Horse voice and Vomiting and Bitter taste are all suggestive of Esophagitis from Reflux of Gastric Acid. For this you need Upper Endoscopy.
Please stop smoking. Try OTC Pepcid (famotidine) or Omeprazole.
