Could be gum disease: Periodontal disease can cause bleeding gums and halitosis. I would recommend he has his gums looked at by a dentist to see if the bleeding is in fact from the gums. Sinuses: Seems to be you have allergies causes you sinuses to be inflammed. You also seem to have post nasal drip causing you to clear your throat very often. I suggest cleaning your nostrils and paths with saline spray ( no additives added) and cleanse at lest 3x a day for 2 days then once daily. see if that helps. If it persists, see your primary doctor.
