Past 3 days been feeling lump in throat when I swallow, been told its anxiety. I don't think it is, it happens when I'm not stressed?

Probably not serious: Feeling a painless lump in the throat on swallowing is quite often a stress symptom in female patients. It is oftentimes described as "having a ball in my throat" (Globus pharyngis) If there is no difficulty swallowing normal size pieces of food (i.e. You don't have to cut your food into tiny pieces to swallow) it's is not likely there is anything serious causing it.
