Have fibroid uterus and luteal cyst. was in er for threatened miscarriage today. can treatment of cyst and fibroids cause positive outcome with baby?

Miscarriage

The luteal cyst probably plays no role in the miscarriage Fibroids can be a problem if they are big and occupying a good part of your uterine cavity not letting the baby expand. If you are pregnant, I am not sure what can be done now about your fibroids. Your OBGYN should tell you.

How long it takes for a true miscarriage to happen after threatened miscarriage?

Not sure

Pregnancy_loss
Threatened miscarriage does not always end up in miscarriage. sometimes pregnancy stop to be viable (missed Ab) but miscarriage does not occur and has to be induced

If you had a threatened miscarriage (spontaneous abortion) how long to wait before having sex again?

Clarification?

Sexual_intercourse
Are you still pregnant or have you had a miscarriage? Older recommendations to wait for 3-6 months after a miscarriage before attempting another conception have only been shown to increase infertility risk without preventing any complications. Nowadays, it is recommended that you may resume sexual activity as soon as you feel like it. If you are sill pregnant, ask your obstetrician if sex is safe.

I'm going through a "threatened miscarriage" the dr said my cervix is closed. What's going to happen?

Please ask your doc

your doc should explain everything about what could or could not happen to u it depends if u are really going to have one or not because when I use that term it could go neither way, your doc should be able to see a fetal htbeat by 6 1/2 - 7 weeks if it is not going to be one,,if u are going to misc your cervix will open and u will start to bleed and pass tissue, or u may not pass the tissue

You would need an ultrasound to be sure. There could still be a normal pregnancy.

I'm going through a threatened miscarriage cervix is closed I've been bleeding for 4 days. 6.5 weeks preg. What's happening?

Threatened ab

Bleeding in an otherwise normal pregnancy is called a threatened miscarriage. An ultrasound can help check for ectopic or abnormal pregnancy such as blighted ovum. If the ultrasound indicates a normal looking embryo then you have a good chance of continuing a normal pregnancy even though you had the bleeding.

Bleeding

From your symptoms it sounds like you are still at risk for a miscarriage. Hopefully an ultrasound has been done and your doctor is aware of your concerns. There is no way to tell for certain what will happen but you must realize unfortunately, that is it out of your control. Sometimes bed rest is advised although there are no studies that say this abdolutely works. Do follow up with your OB.

Five weeks pregnant and been to the ER two times and they said I had a threatened miscarriage but I have no pain. How can I stop the bleeding?

5 weeks bleeding

Miscarriages at this stage in pregnancy are very common. There is not likely anything you did or can do to cause or prevent a miscarriage. Time will tell whether your bleeding will be a sign of miscarriage. Go see your pregnancy doctor to get a blood test that you can repeat every 48 hours to help determine whether the pregnancy will continue or result in a miscarriage.
