After an inversion yoga class my right leg, shin area started having a strange sensation, warmth feeling with a slight pins & needles feel, 2 days now?

See below: The best thing to do in my opinion is to start out with a gentle yoga class with an experienced teacher who can show you the proper alignment techniques. Do not be in a hurry to "graduate" to more advanced classes and power classes. I see many people in these upper level classes who are using poor form and alignment and will likely hurt themselves. Never!: Most wise yoga teachers do not want you to "push" a pose when it pains. This may vary slightly depending on the location and type of pain. Instead, they encourage you to pay attention to your body and breathing, and move up to the point of resistance -- and maybe just a little past the point you feel you "can" do.
