Parathyroid: Presumably not all your parathyroids were removed. Presumably you had hyperparathyroidism, and the bad one was removed (typically there are 4 parathyroids). If your vit d is low, your parathyroid hormone will be high, trying to keep your blood Ca normal. vit D is low because you are not taking Vit D or getting sun exposure. Easy solution: take Vit D. Sounds systemic: There are too many problems to be isolated to 1 specific part of the body. I am not sure of what medications you are taking or what other medical conditions you have, but given your age I suspect that you have an electrolyte imbalance that is causing this cascade of problems.
