Hi there i ve just finish showering and was rubbing a massage bar into my skin my thighs suddenly became inflamed and hard and hot to touch ?
Approximately 10 days ago i noticed a few red bumps on my right inner thigh. It now has spread to both thighs and is inflamed & is darker.?

I have painless, grape sized, hardish lump under the skin of my bikini line (crease of thigh).Sometimes it becomes inflamed and is sore. Been over here for a year or a little over a year. What could this be?
Probable lymph node: The area you are describing seems to be your groin. The hard structure you feel is likely a lymph node. If you get an allergic reaction or infection in and around your rectum, vagina and or in your legs these nodes get bigger causing them to get painful. Hurt: This could simply be bruising or it could be something more severe. I suggest that you have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility as soon as possible.
