I've had a hematoma from a car accident on my thigh for almost a year now, we are thinking of getting it drained.. Any thoughts ?

After a year, it's-: -no longer liquid. The hematoma has probably fibrosed , but if it's fluctuated indicting a seroma, it may help, but the thing is that its no has a lining, & can reform. If it is bothersome, give it a try but don't expect miracles. If it is Bn that long, they usually need surgery 2 remove the capsule it occupies, & drainage tubes may B needed.
