Infection/inflammati: Red spots could mean infection or inflammation. Would have to call the surgeon or see the surgeon to make sure every thing is ok. Since tumor was removed you also need to make sure this is not cancerous. ...Read more

Not really normal: When vein are enlarged and varicose they often engorge with blood that drains when the legs are elevated. This is common but not really normal. I would recommend you get it checked out by a vein specialist. ...Read more
