Coldness: One possibility could be vascular insufficiency, PAD, referable to the right lower extremity. Other possible causes could be nerve impingement, perhaps in the lower back which can all to the temperature changes to lower extremity. Numbness w/ BM: Not usual. Did it occur during a bowel movement? Straining increases pressure in the body/head /abdomen and that can irritate nerves/ have vascular effect.or position. if does not resolve after BM would seek medical attention immediately to check for vascular /nerve effects.
