Reason why women have thickened endometrium stripe?

Many Reasons: The endometrium is the lining of the uterus, and the lining is referred to as the endometrial stripe. Anything over 3-4mm is considered outside of the normal range. The obvious worry is endometrial cancer. But other things can cause this like certain medications and endometrial hyperplasia, which describes an abnormal and excessive overgrowth of cells in the inner lining. Many things can do i: The endometrium(lining of the uterus) is supposed to thicken every menstrual cycle and then shed off with menses if a pregnancy does not occur. What does it mean by Thickened Endometrium.
echogenic material with no vascular signal noted in the endometrial and what are its effects?

Phase of cycle: The thickness of the endometrium may reflect the phase of your cycle. You didn't say how thick. As for echogenic material in the lining, it is not uncommon to have a calcification in the endometrial lining. As long as these findings are related to your cycle there maybe little effect. I would still discuss this with your doctors ...Read more

Ultrasound showed thickened endometrium (1.4 cm) on day 12 of cycle and multiple fibroids. Is this concerning?

A little: A thickend endometrium in a 29 year woman on day 12 of her cycle isn't really concerning. Its normal. But multiple fibroids are a little concerning. Fibroids aren't cancer but they tend to get bigger with time and cause heavy, painful periods. They can also make it harder to get pregnant. Best wishes! ...Read more

Diagnosed with 1.9 CM thickened endometrium. I thought I started my period but Im only spotting. Will I need any kind of medical procedure to fix It?

Depends: 1.9cm thickened endometrium at your age is not bad. I do not have any information on your menstrual cycles. If you have normal regular cycles it is not that crucial. You may need an ultrasound at the end of your period to decide. ...Read more

HCG 300: With an hCG of 300 it is too early to determine if this is a viable pregnancy with US. Your MD may wish to repeat the hCG level is 48-72 hours. Spotting is quite common and often the outcome is a normal pregnancy. ...Read more
