Yes: It is possible to have endometrial thickening again 3 yr. After a D&C but is less likely since you are on the northindrone which is a progestin and should be preventing growth of the endometrium. See your doctor to look into your symptoms. Probably ok: Small cyst are not uncommon and can cause pain. The thickening of the uterus can be related to your cycle (it varies throughout the month) at the time of the scan.
