The eye discharge in a 6 weeks old could be tear duct obstruction or eye infection.

Bacteria from the colon can colonize the vagina, this is called bacterial vaginosis. This is more common if u wear a thong. Trichomonas is another sexually transmitted culprit. How do you know if meds for bv working cuz I took metro gel & now wen I wipe its thick yellow discharge on tissue mixed wit almost pink stuff?

Check for STDs: First, MetroGel is not the best treatment for bacterial vaginosis; metronidazole by mouth is much more effective. Second, yellow/pink discharge is atypical for BV and suggests other infection, especially STDs. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, or trichomonas often go along with BV, so make sure you were tested for them.
