Ower and time settings (equal to total energy delivered) tend to be less. Its wavelength 577 is absorbed by blood and the rpe. Diode is a higher wavelength and is absorbed by the rpe and choroid-the burns tend to be wider. In micropulse mode they're equal. ...Read more

Weigh your options: My little sis was born when mom was 42 so the idea of a normal outcome to pregnancy in that age group is part of my life. Your life goals are what u decide they are. Other treatments: Lateral (tennis elbow) or medial (golfer's elbow) epicondylitis are common overuse injuries. In order to treat the pain, i recommend patients start w/ rice, follow w/ stretching/ strengthening (therapy), & consider couterforce bracing. Difficult: When you say therapy do you mean counseling for the anxiety or swallowing / speech therapy? I would definitely try and resolve the underlying issues causing your anxiety.
