Eczema: You need to keep irritants to a minimum. Use only sensitive skin products. No fragrance or dye. Find something to stop the itch, like Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Claritin or Zyrtec. Eczema gets worse if it's constantly being scratched. Also try a bleach bath. 1 cup bleach, in a full tub of water. Try this weekly. If no improvement, have it rechecked. ...Read more

Not really: The fda has recommended that the term sunblock be dropped as it is often very misleading and can result in patients believing they have more protection from the sun than they actually do. I agree, a good sunscreen with an spf of 50, that contains both a uvb protector and a metal such as zinc or titanium oxide for uva. That's all you need but reapply it frequently. Moisturizer : It's really your preference. Most of them are made from similar ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, look for fragrance free, dye free.
