I have a severe cold and still breastfeeding my 17 months old som.Is it safe to take theraflu cold night and daytime hot powder drink?

Should be ok: Theraflu usually contains phenylephrine which has a short half life. Could use saudafed which has a long half life. Can I take Tessalon Perles (benzonatate) and theraflu nighttime severe cold/cough? They have different active ingredients but both have cough suppressant.

Unusual treatment: You can take these medications together safely. However, colds are not due to bacteria and don't improve with antibiotics. I believe that: Clavam is the veterinarian name for the antibiotic amoxicillan/ clavulonic acid (brand Augmentin).
