Sinusitis: This sounds like typical case of sinusitis. Not necessarily of bacterial origin. The PND seems to be most bothersome and this can usually be controlled or least slowed by OTC medications. These would include products such as decongestant, antihistamine, and steroid nasal spray. Need more info: From what & how you describe it, it is likely a respiratory tract infection. This can be viral or bacterial (or fungal sometimes), and can be of the larger airways (bronchitis) or lower airways (pneumonia).
