Take your money: What ever you do do not buy a detox product. Your liver and kidneys do an excellent job of clearing most toxins . U just need to be well hydrated (drink water) there are some toxins like heavy metals (lead) etc which may not come out and you should see your md if those are an issue. Yes: Your body actually detoxifies itself naturally, and "pop" remedies to do it yourself are frauds, some of them dangerous. Those that will make you sick to "cleanse" you have landed people in the intensive care unit. Be discerning.
