Having chest/sternum discomfort (similar to when you cough hard) & feel like I can’t get a full breath. Only occurs first thing in AM and after I eat.
You may try reducing the amount you eat in the morning.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Multiple things: The spleen is under the ribs on the left. If it is enlarged which can be from mononucleosis, different blood and liver problems it may feel bloated. The stomach is near there and can cause symptoms, especially if there is a hiatal hernia. The ribs can become inflamed and hurt. Consider being seen: If your still having pain a week after a lot of vomiting, I may worry about an esophageal tear. It's not common, but does happen. Aches and discomfort are rather common and we all have almost daily, and keeping muscles strong and doing stretching exercises is certainly helpful in keeping these minor aches and pains away.

Couple of things: This symptom could be related to esophagitis/gastritis/ulcer (is it worse after eating/swallowing or not?), or possibly pancreatitis (is it relieved by slouching forward, or made worse by drinking alcohol?). Of your sternum. It might be normal to have some crepitus. Rib soreness can be from costochondritis. You are young. It is unlikely to be infection or tumor. However if the symptoms persist - see your doctor.
