If the paleo diet consists of no carbs or grains how is a hypoglycemic person supossed to follow it??
Hypoglycemia: A spike in blood glucose (from eating sugar) is followed by a spike in insulin (which moves sugar from the blood into the cells) but these insulin spikes often "overshoot" resulting in hypoglycemia.
