Cooking breaks down cell walls, turns it into porridge, released mucilages and soluble fiber; makes it easier re: digestion, but not likely an issue with normal GI tract. Metabolism: Not all calories are created equal. The body metabolizes high sugar foods, including alcohol, very quickly into fat if these calories are not needed to sustain physical exercise. NOT healthy at all!: I have no idea what jacob's is but everything else your eating is bread/ starches. The healthiest diet (for both weight loss and good health) is to eat mostly vegetables & fruits with healthy protein and to minimize starch.
