Mistakes I see are not using the shampoo regularly, you need to use it every day for a week before you should expect results. To stop dandruff: Dandruff will keep coming back. To clear it up, use a shampoo containing selenium sulfide at least twice weekly until it clears; then once weekly to prevent dancruff from recurring. If this otc solution doen't work, there are shampoos containing anti-fungal agents available by prescription, that are used the same way. Eczema?: If your run-of the mill anti dandruff shampoo is not working you may need something stronger. Your "dandruff" may be eczema so see a dermatologist to make sure.
