Middle finger pain when weighted, like when i do pull-ups or just hanging and the base swollen.i got it after doing repetitive hand-grip exercise.
Avoid exercise : You could have a tendinitis on the finger, tendon or ligament injury ,or a bony injury (less likely) . Rest the finger by avoiding the exercises movements that make you hurt. Even tho U think it-: -is strange think about it. Push ups stress the posterior capsule of the shoulder. In chin ups U stress the anterior capsule. So if U have any stability it could B the problem. Antecubital? Hurts when i lift things. When i push on it i feel ache/pain in one spot. Also a slight pain when I extend my arm all the way with palm facing up.
Biceps tendon: this sounds like a biceps tendon injury or biceps tendinitis. Anti-inflammatories can help. Ice massage and or moist heat to the area can also help. I suspect that the discomfort may be coming from some of the muscles or tendons in the area that are strained from lifting. If you do note that the vein specifically is tender or swollen have the area examined.
