I have pain in lower abdomen, and hardness in the stomach, pain, hard stool, i think I have a gas problem or swelling in my stomach. Plz give answer?

Many possibilities: Possibilities are from nothing to things like a full bladder if you retain urine, large uterus, fluid in abdominal wall or inside. Bloating is nonspecific and makes me think of gastritis which could make your stomach feel full, make you burpy and have indigestion. Some problems in small intestine could also cause bloating. I am having pain in my lower abdomen and have for the past 3 days i am worried of appendicitis but not sure if it's because of my I.B.S ?
