Get a 'Feel' For It: Sounds like that might be male gynecomastia (better known as 'man boobs').If so, it's a complicated issue. Part genetic (good luck with that!), part diet (in general losing weight), part exercise (calorie expenditure, especially interval training and resistance training)and avoiding a myriad of foods, products and activities that may alter your estrogen/testosterone ratio. You've just begun, laddy! Read more

I have a good physique but too much of waist fat. The shoulders and the chest are well built but how do I reduce the waist fat?

Slow, steady, succes: I would recommend starting with calories restriction along with good amount of aerobic, ab crunches, and weight bearing exercises. Kick-boxing is incredibly effective, but tough to do. Swimming can be added to add more axial muscles to balance out your frame. Consult your doc/nutritionist and/or a personal trainer. Take your time. Don't give up. Good luck. Read more

I wanna lose the muscles around my waist, chest and thighs. Is it possible to achieve this within a month?

Why: People usually want to lose fat and gain muscle. Why do you want to lose muscle? See your doc: I your pain is in the chest and back and you are having fevers you should see a doc right away (ER if need be). You want to make sure there was no injury to the stomach or esophagus when the band was removed. This can be a deadly situation when left too long. I'm not saying that is what it is, I'm just saying you need to confirm that is not the issue as soon as possible. Read more

Where fat ends up: Being deposited is influenced by several factors, including heredity and hormones. And you are smart to try to reduce it as it is metabolically active and risk for cardiovascular disease/type 2 diabetes. But visceral/abdominal fat does respond well to exercise (at least 30 min, up to 60, minutes/day) including strength training. And calorie reduction--healthy fruit/veggies/whole grain/lean protein Read more
