Details unclear...: "Sickness" is not very descriptive and hard to comment on. By itself, "yellow mustard poo" without other symptoms wouldn't concern me. Iron is great for anemia; however, is she taking synthroid for her thyroid? Unclear: It is possible that it is simply the spiciness. But also possible is a food cross reactivity. Does this happen at all times of the year? Or only during a pollen season?
