The graph shows pancreatic "enzyme delivery into the duodenum increases rapidly and reaches maximal values within the first postprandial hour", which means it's an estimate of the amount of enzyme put into the small intestine to digest food... Simply put - if she is a breastfeeding lifeguard who doesn't use sunscreen - her milk is perfect.
