The ingested oil will be absorbed but IF you consume lots of fiber, then fiber can adsorb some the oil and pass. Like to eat vegetables by sauteing them in 2-3 tbsp of oil and some spices. Is it healthy to have vegies like this everyday? 2-3 tbsp oil is not frying?

Which oil? That is: Most important to know before answering this question. If it's GMO canola, peanut, or vegetable oil, STOP! If you are using virgin, cold pressed olive oil and sauteing at low temp, that is okay! Raw, virgin coconut oil is better to put on after cooking.
