Pica: is the medical term for eating unusual things like ice, cornstarch, clay or raw rice compulsively. It is often a sign of iron deficiency anemia. Eating large quantities of fast, highly processed foods instead of freshly prepaired meals, using chips, cookies, snacks to fill up as opposed to fruits & veggies.
