Does listening to music with head phones damage hearing?

Possibly

Head
If the volume is too loud with head phones or ear buds like an iPod etc. then you can very definitely damage your hearing esp. High frequency. The volume should never be so loud that it causes you to not hear someone trying to talk to you or that causes ringing in ears immediately afterwards. Rock concerts can be esp. bad for this - wearing ear plugs is probably the best way to prevent damage here

2 diferent e.n.t dr. Told me my hearing is perfect after seeing my audiometry & tympanomatry report but I feel problem listening with background noice?

Hearing

Noise
This is not an ear problem, this is your brain not able to focus on one thing when there is background noise, this is normal. Try to focus on what is being said and avoid loud areas if possible when you want to have a decent conversation
