The Best Sex Positions To Not Get Pregnant
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
I have a tilted cervix is there a good position to try to get pregnant or should I just do the normal sex positions? Also when is the best time totry
Sex position: There was a time in gynecologic history where we would do surgery to bring the uterus and cervix in an up-right position thinking that would make the woman conceive more readily in a missionary position. We don't do this surgery any more, because we now think that sex position does not make a difference in a woman's capability to conceive. ...Read more
Choice: The one (s) you, and hopefully your partner, like. They all work fine, there are no "right and wrong, " "better and worse" positions for conception. Ideas about propping up your hips and so on are plain, old-fashioned nonsense, unless it's what you prefer. ...Read more

Huh?: Do you mean to ask what are the methods by which artificial insemination can occur? If that's your question, then sperm can be injected into the uterus with a catheter. An egg can be collected from the ovary and combined with a sperm in a dish, an embryo made and then an embryo implanted back in the uterus. I don't think anyone would say these were the 'best' ways to get pregnant though. ...Read more
Any position usually: In general, it doesn't make a difference. In some cases, if a woman's cervix is in an extreme position (say pointing "up" towards her pubic bone, rather than down toward her rectum, the more typical orientation), then a "doggy style" position after ejaculation may be better than missionary. Also, "cowgirl" positions may not be ideal, as sperm/semen needs to "pool" near the cervix for best chance. ...Read more
Birth control: If you have sex there is a chance of getting pregnant. There is no position with sex that prevents pregnancy. Only have sex if you really want to, and make sure you are doing something to prevent pregnant before you have sex even once. It's a good idea to use condoms to prevent sexually transmitted infections. ...Read more
Pregnancy: First of all are your periods regular? If so you should have more intercourse during your fertile period. Which is approximately 14 days from the first day of your last period. Other techniques include staying in bed after ejaculation with your hips slightly up and most importantly relax and let nature takes its course. If you have been trying for over one year then see your doctor. ...Read more
Ovulation: Ovulation occurs roughly two weeks after your menstrual period. Many women experience pain (mittleschmerz) at this time. Sperm will presumably have a better chance of finding their target during this time. There is some evidence to suggest, however, that the anxiety about becoming pregnant may in some way diminish the chances. Just relax and enjoy frequent contact. ...Read more
Ovulation: The most important simple fact a female should know about her body is when she ovulates. More important than when her period is to start. Sperm must be ready to impregnate an egg when the ovary releases it. Thus sperm can live for five days inside a female. Thus the five days prior to ovulation are the time sperm will most likely cause pregnancy. ...Read more

Had sex for the time of ovulation to get pregnant but when would be the best time to check if I'm pregnant?
After missing period: A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (or when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. If a woman has her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and the test is not needed yet. ...Read more
