Plugged glands?: Most likely these represent apocrine or sweat glands that have become plugged from you deodorant. If you use an antiperspirant the 'aluminum chlorohydrate' pinches off the gland so that they don't secrete fluid. It backs up and viola you have a bump. Change to deodorant alone. The apocrine sweat: Glands in the armpit secrete a fatty type of sweat different from skin sweat glands. Bacteria work on apocrine sweat creating bromhidrosis resulting in offensive/hard to control odor. The basic strategy is cleaning the skin regularly (1-2 X daily) with germicidal soap to reduce bacteria, shaving, drying, strong anti-perspirant. Discard stained clothing.
