Since statins block coq-10, it might be best to take the 2 drugs 12 hours apart to minimize this blockade. Not right: Hi. No, those labs are definitely not normal. That prolactin (PRL) is not causing an undetectable FSH and vanishingly low testosterone. Could measure PRL at 1:100 & 1:1000 dilution ("J effect"). There could be a pituitary stalk effect. Many other things possible too. Will need pituitary MRI. Did puberty ever start, to did it start then stop? Do you wake up to pee? See a good endocrinologist. ...Read more
