What next?: What do you mean exactly? Is the new regimen not working? Besides the medication, you could add fish oil 3 grams a day. Omega 3s are very important against acne. It wouldn't hurt and may help quite a bit. ...Read more

Humph: What are you waging your face with? Don't scrub! wash with an acne wash like neutrogena for acne then at night start using benzoyl peroxide .
