See psychiatrist: You mention being treated for hypothyroidism and autoimmune problems, but if you're also depressed the levothyroxin alone will not completely resolve your symptoms. I don't know other medicines you might be taking as well, but please consider seeing a psychiatrist to review these and your own symptoms. S/he may be able to help you over the depression hump.
