Not directly, but:: Testosterone replacement therapy is associated with increased risk of venous thromboembolism(DVT and pulmonary embolism). The risk is likely small and preventive measures are routinely ordered pre and/or post op to prevent DVT but you should mention this to your surgeon. Unknown: I don't know the answer to your question, but the effect of high dose testosterone on a keloid should be the least of your worries. I would be a lot more concerned about what it is doing to your heart, liver, blood counts, risk of blood clots, etc. I will never understand why a young male would risk having severe long term complications to achieve a short term goal of having larger muscles. ...Read more
Maybe (not) . . .: Rather than focus on dose, ask yourself how you feel. Can you tell a difference as a result of your supplemental testosterone? I'm assuming you don't want any more children as testosterone in any shape or form will tend to render you infertile. The key is the find the dose that's right for you.
