See your GYNE : If your pelvic pain is only at menses, then endometriosis is a consideration. But there are no good blood tests or imaging tests (like CT, MRI or ultrasound) for this. Diagnosis of endometriosis is made by a laparoscopy procedure, so you will need to see a gynecologist to evaluate the cause of your severe pain, and to assess for endometriosis. Maybe: Hypothyroidism and vitiligo may run with hashimoto's, schmidt's, addison's (take a history; morning cortisol screen &/or acth stimulation test if needed), type i diabetes (unlikely at your age), and autoimmune pernicious anemia (consider an occasional serum B12 check) and that uncommon animal autoimmune hypoparathyroidism (you'll know if this happens).
