I have constipation and im wondering why i have pain around my left testicle and lower abdominal pain?

Serious..: Testicular pain can be serious primarily because of the possibility for infection in the testicle, or even compromised blood flow in that area. Pain in this area should be evaluated emergently, typically in the ER, so that the diagnosis can be made quickly. Dull, recurring left side abdominal pain/cramp that regularly radiates down to the left groin and testicle.
This could be many: things including a kidney stone, an inguinal hernia, a muscle spasm, diverticulitis, colitis, testicular torsion, epididymitis or back injury. See your doctor.: It seems to me that you either have what we call Diverticulitis, or infection in your testicle, or trying to pass a kidney stone.
