Return to doctor: Return to your doctor. Yellow/green vaginal discharge suggests infection. If STD testing was done a while ago and you have been sexually active since then, get retested. If not yet done, get checked for vaginal infections, including trichomonas; request the newer DNA trich test, much more accurate than the usual microscopy of discharge.
