I use to tense my legs every nite in bed cud this be what made them sore? Like the pains I get in them now? Crampy/annoying pains?
Consistent, Ongoing?: Sustained muscle contraction, all muscles, also compresses the blood vessels within which supply blood flow. Thus if the sustained contraction (s) are enough/recurrent vs. Blood flow, muscles cells become ischemic, go into anaerobic metabolism, secrete lactic acid, etc., & become sore, if still happening, even though not consciously aware while asleep/dreaming, then yes, this is quite consistent. ...Read more

A much better one is to pick up some benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or hydrocortisone cream to help the itch. Best wishes. ...Read more

Hamstring and achilles tightness are hard to overcome, but not impossible. ...Read more
