Unclear: first of all you need to take the initiative to not scratch. I know easier said than done. You can put alcohol on it and it will burn but will stop the itch as an old home remedy. A much better one is to pick up some benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or hydrocortisone cream to help the itch. You don't need to get crazy about how much you stretch each time, just a single hurdler's stretch and calf stretch on each leg held for no less than 30 seconds and no more than 90 seconds.
