I use to tense my legs every nite in bed cud this be what made them sore? Like the pains I get in them now? Crampy/annoying pains?

Consistent, Ongoing?: Sustained muscle contraction, all muscles, also compresses the blood vessels within which supply blood flow. Thus if the sustained contraction (s) are enough/recurrent vs. Blood flow, muscles cells become ischemic, go into anaerobic metabolism, secrete lactic acid, etc., & become sore, if still happening, even though not consciously aware while asleep/dreaming, then yes, this is quite consistent. ...Read more

I have an enzyme deficiency that doesn't allow me to run or walk fast. My muscles tense up, my feet & legs get numb and it hurts. What enzyme is it?

Nonspecific: A number of hereditary muscle diseases can mimic your symptoms, and you can have a muscle biopsy which will reveal your exact condition. The numbness is not of muscle origin however, and raises question of underlying nerve disorder instead. Go to local medical school and see neuromuscular specialist. ...Read more

I have a some kind of bite on my leg, try so hard not to tense on picking at it or itch it. Each time the wounds open it bleeds. Now there white ring.

Unclear: First of all you need to take the initiative to not scratch. I know easier said than done. You can put alcohol on it and it will burn but will stop the itch as an old home remedy. A much better one is to pick up some benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or hydrocortisone cream to help the itch. However since this has progressed you need to have the lesion checked to see what the white ring is.
Best wishes. ...Read more

I pulled the back of my upper leg 6 yrs ago. I didn't go to therapy. Now when I workout it gets extra tense and I'm not as flexible. Is it hopeless?

Have hope: You need to stretch hamstrings and calves multiple times per day. I recommend 3-5 times stretching each day. You don't need to get crazy about how much you stretch each time, just a single hurdler's stretch and calf stretch on each leg held for no less than 30 seconds and no more than 90 seconds. Hamstring and achilles tightness are hard to overcome, but not impossible. ...Read more
