Joint pain/aches, tendonitis, mouth ulcers, hair loss, fatigue, swollen fingers, finger rash in summer. Neg ANA slightly elevated RF. Very frustrating?
Understanding: These symptoms certainly seen in many rheumatic disease with lupus on the list. Many immune symptoms are frustrating but also can be treated. I certainly rec seeing a rheumatologist for a full evaluation and treatment if you have not gone yet. Possibly yes, but it happening on both sides at the same time is uncommon. It could be a number of other things in a 35 yo female, like rheumatoid. Common things like a ganglion cysts, trigger fingers etc, would be more likely cause of your problem.

NOT anxiety: Painful swollen fingers may be due to some form of 'auto-immune' arthritis. Simple blood tests (sed rate/crp) can quickly test for inflammation and confirmatory testing (ccp, ra, ana) may be neeed. I would get seen by primary care doctor.
