Tendonitis Swollen Fingers
Joint pain/aches, tendonitis, mouth ulcers, hair loss, fatigue, swollen fingers, finger rash in summer. Neg ANA slightly elevated RF. Very frustrating?
Understanding: These symptoms certainly seen in many rheumatic disease with lupus on the list. Many immune symptoms are frustrating but also can be treated. I certainly rec seeing a rheumatologist for a full evaluation and treatment if you have not gone yet. The palm area below my index fingers on both hands is slightly swollen and my fingers are stiff. Could this be finger tendonitis from overuse?
Possibly yes, but it happening on both sides at the same time is uncommon. It could be a number of other things in a 35 yo female, like rheumatoid. Common things like a ganglion cysts, trigger fingers etc, would be more likely cause of your problem.
