Understanding: These symptoms certainly seen in many rheumatic disease with lupus on the list. Many immune symptoms are frustrating but also can be treated. I certainly rec seeing a rheumatologist for a full evaluation and treatment if you have not gone yet. Please try to have patience since medications may take a few weeks to a couple months to be quite helpful but you will feel better. ...Read more

See below:: Possibly yes, but it happening on both sides at the same time is uncommon. It could be a number of other things in a 35 yo female, like rheumatoid.
