I have two swollen lymph nodes on back of neck at night swell during the day they shrink some on right side under arm is sore but no knot please help?

Should be seen by MD: Achy, painful swelling in forearm most likely from bite, bruise, or infection. Suspect insect bite or sting, cat scratch, or injury. Other rare possibilities. In this particular region they drain the genital area and part of the thigh, that means it could be an infection or inflammation in those areas.
